1. Fiber and cushion stuffing materials are not included to reduce the shipping fee incurred by the product's dimensions. Please purchase them separately.
2. Hand wash the product gently under 30 degrees Celsius or wash the product on the wool setting in a washing machine.
3. Use a neutral detergent when washing. Do not use softener, baking soda, and bleach.
4. Do not wash the product in a heavy setting as the embroidery may be damaged.
5. Do not use a dryer as the product may shrink.
6. Squeeze the product gently and dry it in the shade.
7. Make sure the detergent isn't clumpy as it may cause bleach stains on the product after washing.
